PlanWitty ("we," "us," "our") builds a task planner and calendar tool. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account details you provide at signup: username, email address, phone number, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Your task, calendar, focus session, and daily log data — the content you create while using PlanWitty.
• Basic device information (browser type, whether the app is installed as a PWA) used to keep your experience in sync across devices.

How We Use It

• To create and secure your account, including passkey, SMS, and email verification.
• To sync your data across the Web Portal and the installed PWA.
• To operate core features like the Daily Mantra, Vibe Tracker, and Chronos task search.
• To communicate with you about your account, such as password resets or subscription status.

How We Store It

PlanWitty is built local-first: your data lives on your device (via local browser storage) and syncs to our servers so it's available across your devices. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your Choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@planwitty.com.
