Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: August 2026

PlanWitty is a digital subscription — there is nothing to ship and nothing to send back, so this page covers refunds and cancellations rather than physical returns. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

The Free Trial Comes First

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial, and we don't ask for a card to begin it. That's deliberate: you get to decide whether PlanWitty earns a place in your day before any money changes hands. If it doesn't, simply don't subscribe — there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

When We Refund

What We Don't Refund

Renewals

Paid plans renew automatically on the cycle you chose — monthly or yearly — until you cancel. You can see your next renewal date and cancel at any time in Billing. If a renewal goes through and you get in touch promptly, we'd rather sort it out than keep money you didn't mean to spend — an annual one especially. We look at these individually rather than by a fixed rule, which means asking is always worth it.

How to Request a Refund

Email subscription@planwitty.com from the address on your account, and include:

We aim to reply within two business days.

How the Money Comes Back

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. We can't send a refund to a different card or account. Once issued, it usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank — that stretch is your bank's, not ours.

Your Statutory Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights that go beyond this policy — for example, consumers in the UK and EU generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital service. Nothing here limits rights you have by law. Where the law gives you more than this page does, the law wins.

Before You Open a Dispute

If something looks wrong on your statement, please email us first. A card dispute takes weeks and freezes the account while it runs; we can usually resolve the same thing in a day or two. We'd much rather fix it than fight it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as PlanWitty evolves. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Refund requests are assessed against the policy as it stood on the day you were charged.
