These Terms govern your use of PlanWitty's Web Portal and PWA client. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at hello@planwitty.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Plans, Trials & Billing

• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial — no card required.
• Paid plans (Pro, Freelancer, Business, Family, and specialty plans) renew on the billing cycle you select (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Acceptable Use

Use PlanWitty for its intended purpose — planning your own tasks, schedule, and (on eligible plans) collaborating with people you've invited. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' accounts, or use PlanWitty for unlawful purposes.

Your Content

You own the tasks, notes, and other content you create in PlanWitty. We store and sync it so you can access it across devices, and we don't claim ownership of it.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

PlanWitty is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, PlanWitty isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using PlanWitty and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as PlanWitty evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
